- Incorporate information about the sustainability strategy into new starter induction.

Ensuring all contract managers are well-equipped to improve profitability
- Catalogue existing training materials and identify gaps and additional requirements.
- Create materials to plug any gaps and ensure all materials are accessible to contract managers.
- Deliver annual training to all contract managers to ensure they are up to date and managing contracts profitably.
