ADAS Infrastructure and Rural Services is a young and exciting business, providing infrastructure advice and land agency services for landowners, farmers, and rural business across the UK.

We are looking for experienced, talented chartered surveyors, who are highly organised, motivated and who have a positive and professional attitude to join our energetic team. Surveyors who enjoy working as part of a team and want to be a key part of the business as we grow and develop. The role will be based from home and will require traveling with some national and overnight travel.

There is a real opportunity for progression within the role, with a clearly defined career pathway and opportunities for external training available. The team is supported by the almost-limitless knowledge, resources, and research within the ADAS and RSK brands.

Technical experience:

  • MRICS and FAAV qualified
  • Have relevant experience in the rural property and agricultural sector, with good technical knowledge and experience including:
  • Acquisitions
  • Compulsory purchase work
  • Estate and land management
  • A good understanding of property and land law matters
  • Strategic business and asset management
  • A good understanding of valuation principles
  • IT competent
  • Driving license

  • The capabilities to identify new business opportunities, source new clients and contribute to business development objectives
  • Proven track record to deliver first rate service to maintain the ADAS reputation
