From 1 April 2025, our estate management team ADAS Rural, along with RSK business RSK Consents Solutions, have become part of the property and land consultancy ADAS Land.

RSK Consents Solutions has traditionally provided wayleave and consenting services to private developers, while ADAS Rural has focused on land agency services for landowners and high-level services on major infrastructure projects. Having worked closely together in the past, these two businesses have now been brought together under ADAS Land, led by Managing Director Thomas Lonsdale.

With the incorporation of RSK Consents Solutions into ADAS Land, the capacity of the team has expanded to provide comprehensive end-to-end land consents support for a wide variety of infrastructure projects. From site sourcing through to landowner negotiations, ADAS Land can efficiently guide developers and landowners through the complex, multifaceted regulatory process of property acquisition and change of use, securing the most suitable, cost-efficient solutions for clients working in the utilities, energy, housing, renewables and transport sectors.

ADAS Rural, a highly experienced team of chartered surveyors and agricultural valuers, will bring their knowledge of rural estate asset management into the fold, ensuring projects achieve sustainability objectives.

Thomas commented:

“This amalgamation under the ADAS Land brand has doubled the expertise, resources and project support we can offer our clients. Each team brings with it its own strengths, guaranteeing that we can efficiently deliver highly profitable, environmentally-sound infrastructure and development solutions that are fully considerate of the needs of the wider community.”

Charles Davenport, ADAS Land Operations Director, formerly of ADAS Rural, stated:

“This new chapter marks a significant step forward for our business. By merging with ADAS Land, we are combining our strengths to deliver even greater value to our clients and customers. Our dedication to serving our clients remains our top priority, and we are confident that this partnership will create exciting new opportunities for growth and collaboration.”

Mark Allison, now Technical Director at ADAS Land, confirmed:

“This move brings together our combined expertise under the well-established ADAS Land brand, strengthening our ability to support clients with seamless land access solutions, expert advice and enhanced service delivery.”
