Course now open for registration

After this successful initial run, the five-day training course with exam is now open to external applicants. Landowners and managers, advisors, agronomists, and other businesses in the food supply chain with an interest in carbon or climate change are all invited to register their interest. The course, delivered by ADAS and created in collaboration with BASIS and the agriculture sector, will provide participants with an insight into GHGs and how they contribute to climate change, and an understanding of the causes in agricultural settings.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to practice and promote farm management practices that will make a positive difference to the reduction of greenhouse gases, and proactively deliver change in the agricultural sector.

The course will be delivered through in-person training at ADAS Boxworth near Cambridge, and remote sessions.
