Automated data entry
Xero owns Hubdoc, a data-capture tool that renders manual data entry unnecessary. It automatically sends your bills and invoices to Xero. As the software is on the cloud, you can access it anywhere or time and grant access to other stakeholders in your business. The mobile app enables seamless finance tracking when you do not have immediate access to a computer.

Our expert bookkeeping services include data entry, bank feed reconciliation, bank reconciliation and VAT returns.
We have been awarded Xero Accreditation for Bookkeeping and can provide different levels of support depending on your business needs. ADAS has three pricing plans currently available.
Plan 1: Set-up package
If you have never used Xero, we will set up Xero Accounting Software for you. This will include financial data entry, charts of accounts and connecting VAT in Xero with HMRC. The package includes our bookkeeping services for the first three months to complete the transition to Xero.
Within this package, there are a further three levels of service to choose from based on the turnover of your business.
Plan 2: On-going bureau service package
This package provides you with bookkeeping services monthly. It includes data entry, bank reconciliation and submission of VAT returns to HMRC.
Within this package, there are a further three levels of service to choose from based on the turnover of your business.
Plan 3: Self input package
This comprises a monthly subscription fee with ADAS and includes, for free, the standard chart of accounts for farmers.
