Labratory trials

With our dedicated hydroponics facility, we can test multiple nutrition management or water regimens simultaneously. Our polytunnel and glasshouse facilities provide excellent facilities of ex-situ commercial or near commercial trials.

We analyse trial results against a diverse range of scientific and commercial criteria. Results are backed by robust statistical and modelling support to provide cost-effective testing for near market products and processing (including to ORETO standards where required).

Support is provided at every stage of trial development and analysis. This includes the communication of results so that our clients achieve the greatest benefit.

Commercial Scale Trials

Thanks to our extensive network of growers, we can find host sites to test commercial or research-level objectives under commercial conditions. Such approaches allow unique evidence to be developed, which can be essential for the successful release of new products on to the market.

Trial design, implementation, and the collection of all relevant evidence and supporting information can be planned to meet all your requirements. We aim to ensure that clear, tangible benefits can be unlocked through our work.

Bespoke trials

Our experts provide full scientific support in the development of bespoke trials that address your requirements. Through our unique role in UK horticulture as trainers and advisors, we can ensure that industry-relevant information is produced.
