For suitable sites, we look at two options. Our first option would be to enter into an agreement with you whereby we pursue planning permission on your land completely at our own expense. This approach means that at no stage are you required to spend or risk any of your own money. However, you could benefit significantly from the increase in land value that gaining planning permission would bring about.

For sites where a speedy approach was required, the second option is that we look to acquire. We have the capital available to make quick purchases where we see the potential to unlock development.

The ADAS Land and Development team includes a number of expert town planners who have a proven track record of gaining planning permission for residential and commercial developments at a range of sizes. They are complemented by land management, landscape, arboriculture, ecology, archaeology and Environmental Impact Assessment teams whose specialist skills help maximise the chance of achieving planning permission.
