Our landscape architects have over 20 years of experience in providing landscape design and visual advice. We can work on all stages of the project process, from initial feasibility studies through to landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA) and detailed landscape design. Our clients come from both the private and public sectors.

We have expertise in integrating developments sensitively into the surrounding landscape and townscape. We do this through careful analysis and design, working with our client to optimise the development and fulfil planning requirements. A project that sits well within the landscape is more likely to achieve planning permission. It will also be more desirable and add value to the development.

We have a strong track record and have worked on a wide range of developments. A significant number of schemes have gained planning consent with our landscape input. This includes developments subject to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and planning appeals.

Sites we’ve worked on include those affected by key environmental designations such as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Green Belt, Conservation Areas and National Parks.

ADAS is also home to planning, ecology and archaeology teams. This means we can offer a complete in-house service and involve other experts as required at various stages of the process.

We are also listed as a Landscape Institute Registered Practice in recognition of the high quality of our work.
