Jason Gittins is ADAS Technical Director for Livestock, formerly a senior poultry consultant with knowledge of poultry meat and egg production systems and a particular emphasis on animal welfare, product quality and food safety, and biosecurity. Jason has lead multiple research projects into the sustainability of livestock systems, the improvement of animal welfare, and improving the profitability of farm businesses.
