Bat species identification using eDNA (genotyping)

At our molecular biology laboratory, we can carry out DNA analysis (genotyping) on bat guano (droppings) to reliably identify bat species.

We use environmental DNA (eDNA) testing to confirm the presence or absence of crayfish species, as well as check for crayfish plague.

Our Pest Biology Laboratory in North Yorkshire is used for applied research into insecticide and biopesticide capabilities, integrated pest management and insect biology.
